The purpose of this document is the general regulation of the services provided by COUNTER-DISPLAY through this Website, constituting the legal framework in which this contractual relationship is developed.


The services that COUNTER-DISPLAY currently provides are the manufacture of cardboard POS displays whose design can be customized by the CUSTOMER.




When placing an order on our website, you must be over 18 years of age and have sufficient legal capacity to sign contracts and assume binding legal responsibilities or obligations, becoming a CUSTOMER.


Likewise, you agree to provide accurate, updated and truthful information throughout the purchasing process, being solely responsible for any unauthorized use that may occur.



These conditions set out the guidelines for placing orders, processing payments, delivering products and handling any related queries. The order can be formalized in any of the languages available on the website: Spanish, Catalan, English and French.



We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions where necessary, as well as to the other information provided. THE CLIENT undertakes to use this website responsibly and in accordance with the law, ethical standards and public order. COUNTER-DISPLAY will not assume responsibility for any improper, illegal or incorrect use of the website by the user.






To place orders through the Website, you must register and have an access account enabled.


The information you provide to create the account must be complete, legitimate and up-to-date at all times. The CLIENT undertakes, if necessary, to communicate any change in the information in his or her account, in order to keep it updated.


The CLIENT will be solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of his password, and may not reveal said password to any other person. In the event that a user obtains unauthorized access to the restricted area of the Website as a result of his or her acts or omissions, THE CLIENT will be solely responsible for any unauthorized use that occurs.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the website, as well as our services, at any time due to any act that constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Cancellation may involve removal of access to the service and revocation of your password.


When you select the product of your interest, a detailed file will open that includes its main characteristics. In many cases, you will also find similar models with small variations in size or attributes. Choose the model, quantity and desired finish. You can also select the sample option to receive a sample of the model.

By clicking on the " 3D pdf " button, you can download or view (depending on your browser) a three-dimensional image. You can adjust the perspective by dragging with the mouse and check additional measurements if necessary.

You will be able to see the unit cost and the total cost. We urge you to review all the details, and if you are satisfied, add it to the cart to complete your order.

Once you have chosen the product and verified that it is correct, you must proceed to payment and finalize the order.


Once you have placed your order, you will receive the 2D template along with instructions for four-color design. To facilitate this process, you can view the printed parts in the 3D version of each item.

Printing is carried out using digital technology with a resolution of up to 720 X 720 dpi .


After confirming payment, and once you have customized the template, access your user account, enter the username and password provided when completing the order and send us the file from your personal account.

After verifying that everything is correct, you will receive an email with a PDF file of the format to print for your review.

Once we receive your confirmation in response to the email sent by us, we will proceed with the manufacturing process.




The CLIENT assumes full responsibility for the content of the files, including texts, spelling, designs and images, as well as for the templates, materials and documentation provided to carry out the professional assignment. Furthermore, it undertakes to comply with the regulations on Industrial and Intellectual Property and Copyright, exempting COUNTER-DISPLAY from any responsibility for any non-compliance.


COUNTER-DISPLAY works exclusively with the original material supplied, without making alterations or modifications to the files, except by agreement with the client. If adjustments, modifications or adaptations are required, it will be the CUSTOMER's responsibility to manipulate their own files and provide them again to COUNTER-DISPLAY with the necessary parameters to ensure the correct execution of the contracted services.


If the files received do not meet the requirements to carry out the order according to the order specifications, the CUSTOMER will be notified by email or phone call. informing you about said incident and providing you with instructions on how to correct it.


Any modification to the CLIENT's files by COUNTER-DISPLAY will only be carried out with the explicit consent of the CLIENT and prior acceptance of the budget and execution time of said works.


COUNTER-DISPLAY will not be responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, derived or caused by possible errors of any type or nature, in the final result of the printed product derived from the file uploaded by the client, unless fraud or gross negligence is evident. .

The prices of the items offered on our website include the current Value Added Tax (VAT), but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount. Before finalizing your order, we will provide you with clear and concise information detailing the total price of the item, what is included in that price, applicable taxes, shipping costs and any other relevant observations that you should take into account.


Depending on the destination country, additional taxes or fees may apply in accordance with current regulations. These will be reflected when making and finalizing the purchase or will be communicated by COUNTER-DISPLAY. We reserve the right to adjust prices and shipping costs at any time. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been processed and confirmed.


THE CUSTOMER confirms his authorization to issue the order invoice in electronic format, although at any time he can inform us of his preference to receive it in paper format, in which case we will proceed to send it in that format.




The payment methods allowed are:




The purchase price will be debited from your bank account, usually immediately or within 24 hours from the day of the order, and will be considered effective after confirmation of payment to our bank.


In the event that the POS ( RedSys Point of Sale Terminal ) informs us of the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, notifying you online or by email of this cancellation.


The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank's servers and are then verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse.


Your card data will not be stored by us, and will be protected by SSL protocols during internet transmission.




When making your purchases with Bizum , it is important to keep these conditions in mind:


Make sure you have a Bizum -linked account with the necessary funds to complete the transaction. All transactions with Bizum are subject to its security policies and terms of use, as well as those of the bank that manages the service.


It is your responsibility to provide accurate information, especially your phone number associated with Bizum .


After using Bizum , you will receive a confirmation of the transaction, either through the Bizum app or by email.


We reserve the right to refuse any payment made if we detect any suspicious transactions or if the necessary requirements are not met.


COUNTER-DISPLAY does not store or have access to your financial information used in the transaction.




By selecting payment by bank transfer, you will receive, along with your order confirmation, an email with COUNTER-DISPLAY's bank details.


It is very important that, when making the transfer, you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname. You must make the transfer within the next business day of the order confirmation date in order to validate it. Once made, you must send proof of payment via email, no later than the next business day from the purchase, stating your personal information and order number to: info@counter-display.com


Failure to receive proof of payment within this period will mean that COUNTER-DISPLAY will proceed to cancel the order.


Payment must be made in EUROS. All possible exchange and banking fees will be your responsibility.


In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is vitally important that, when requesting the transfer, you inform your bank that you will assume the commissions at origin and the expenses corresponding to your banking entity.


Otherwise, COUNTER-DISPLAY may withhold shipment of the order, since it will not have received the full amount of the order.




If you select PayPal™ as your payment method, the page will redirect you to your platform to complete the payment at the end of the purchasing process.


If you are already a PayPal™ customer, you can confirm the payment by accessing your account with your user details. If you are not registered with PayPal™, you will need to complete the registration form or log in as a guest.


Only the Bank and PayPal™ have access to the bank data linked to these payment methods, so COUNTER-DISPLAY does not know or record this data during the payment operation either through POS or through PayPal™. Please note that by paying with PayPal™ you agree to their terms and conditions.


The production of the order or the shipment of the product will begin when COUNTER-DISPLAY has received the payment, uploaded the files and closed the order.




The use of electronic payment systems on our website entails legal responsibilities. Certain practices may be considered electronic scams, including:


  •          Provide false information about the buyer or the number of the card used as a means of payment.
  •          Use data belonging to people other than the buyer. Impersonate the identity of the holder of other people's cards.
  •          Use card numbers generated by computer programs or similar algorithms.




We usually do not have product stock, since our products are manufactured at the request of the Client, with the exception of some accessories of which we have a limited stock.


If a specific product is temporarily or permanently unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately so that they can cancel or modify their order.




manufacturing lead times are approximately two (2) / three (3) weeks , unless specific requirements are requested. The manufacturing dates of our products are calculated in business days from the moment the order is received, considering business days from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays.


The geographical area for delivery of orders is limited to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the EU , maintaining collaboration agreements with different external transport and parcel delivery companies:


All our orders can be collected from our warehouses located at: CARRER MOLLET 18, 08120, LA LLAGOSTA (BARCELONA) .


Delivery times for standard transportation will be as follows:


  •          Peninsula, delivery in 24-48 hours from the completion of the order.
  •          EU and rest, delivery in 72-96 hours from the completion of the order.


The information provided on delivery dates is for informational purposes only and does not establish binding obligations for COUNTER-DISPLAY.


Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER and will be considered completed at the time the order arrives at that address. COUNTER-DISPLAY. cannot assume responsibility if the data provided in the purchase is inaccurate or incomplete, or if it is not possible to complete the delivery due to the absence of the recipient or other circumstances beyond the control of COUNTER-DISPLAY. It is essential that you provide us with an accurate delivery address when placing your orders.


If you need to place an order outside the indicated geographical areas, we invite you to contact us at info@counter-display.com . We will do our best to accommodate your request.


If for any reason COUNTER-DISPLAY cannot meet the delivery time agreed with the customer, with the exception of circumstances beyond our control, COUNTER-DISPLAY's liability will be limited to the amount of the order.


In situations of force majeure, such as strikes, electrical failures, problems, unforeseen breakdowns or organizational and production problems that affect the delivery of the order and can be demonstrated, the delivery time may be extended for the duration of the obstacle.


At the time of processing the shipment, the CUSTOMER will receive a confirmation by email.




Shipping costs will generally be borne by the customer.


At the end of the order you can choose the shipping method that best suits you. You must select the same based on your needs. The shipping price and exact amount will be calculated and made visible at the time of completing the order based on your selection.


COUNTER-DISPLAY will not be responsible for any other costs associated with delivery (customs, taxes, etc.).




It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to verify the integrity of the goods received, as well as to ensure that the packaging and packages that protect them are not damaged. Any damage, both in the merchandise and in the packaging, must be notified in writing to the logistics operator in charge of transport. COUNTER-DISPLAY cannot assume responsibility for damage or defects suffered by the merchandise during the transportation process.


Any possible defect or damage observed must be reported to the carrier and COUNTER DISPLAY immediately, indicating the order number and all possible information, including photographs of the condition of the product.




Most of our products are made from files or templates made by the CLIENT, being manufactured at the client's request and in a personalized way.


Therefore, the merchandise return policy does not apply to the majority of COUNTER-DISPLAY products, since they are completely personalized custom-made products, so in accordance with current legislation we will only accept product returns when the reason comes from an incident or claim due to a manufacturing defect.


We always make sure to check each product before shipping it to ensure its perfect condition. However, if at the time of delivery you consider that the product is not in the expected conditions, we ask that you contact us immediately. Please provide details of the affected product, a detailed description of the damage and explain the situation to us. If possible, attach a photograph.


Any claim regarding visible defects or faults in the products must be made within 24 hours from the date of receipt. Claims must include the delivery note number and invoice number. Please review your order as soon as you receive it and let us know of any errors or damages.


All returns must be confirmed in advance by COUNTER-DISPLAY.


The CUSTOMER must carry out correct packaging to ensure its transportation without damage. Once received, the COUNTER-DISPLAY incident department will proceed to check the status of the product and its printing quality. After verification and acceptance of the possible incident, due to manufacturing defects attributable to COUNTER-DISPLAY and we will inform you by email within a reasonable period of time if the refund or replacement is appropriate, offering the customer the option of sending the product again, assuming in turn, the shipping costs.


The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) business days from the date on which we send the email confirming the approval of the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item. .





Exclusions to the right of withdrawal and return:


As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, we inform you that the return of products manufactured to measure or personalized for the customer.


Only in products that are not expressly manufactured (accessories) you will have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days. In this case you must:

  •          Once the return is accepted, you must send us the product you wish to return.
  •          When we receive the product we will check that the conditions to accept your return are met.
  •          If the return is accepted, the refund will be made as soon as possible (once the product is received) and, in any case, within a period of no more than 14 days from receipt of the returned merchandise.


You must send the product by your own means to our facilities at CARRER MOLLET 18, 08120, LA LLAGOSTA (BARCELONA). The return costs derived from exercising the right of withdrawal will be at your expense.


It is essential that you ensure that the product is sent properly packaged taking into account its fragile nature, so that it is received in optimal condition, preferably in its original packaging. Although it is not mandatory to have the original packaging, please note that its absence could result in a depreciation of the value of the product compared to the initial price.


If the product meets the aforementioned conditions, we will accept returns submitted within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order. The refund of the product will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The acceptance of this document has the same contractual validity as its in-person signature, under the terms of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.


These General Contracting Conditions are subject to the provisions of the rest of the applicable regulations.



COUNTER-DISPLAYwill not be liable for any failure or delay in its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control. During the continuation of these events, the obligations will be suspended, and the period to fulfill them will be extended for a period equivalent to the duration of said events.



If any of the clauses or provisions of this document are declared void by a final resolution of a competent authority, the other conditions will remain valid without being affected by the declared cancellation.




All information and content published on our Website are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and, unless otherwise indicated, they cannot be used (either partially or totally) or copied, reproduced, transferred, published or distribute in any way without the prior written consent of COUNTER-DISPLAY. The user may download and/or print the information exclusively for personal use and non-commercial purposes. The contracting parties undertake to renegotiate and replace the affected clause or clauses that will be null and incorporate them into the rest of the general contracting conditions.



The use of our website and the contracts for the purchase of products through said website will be governed by Spanish legislation.

The resolution of any type of controversy, litigation or discrepancy that may arise between the user and COUNTER-DISPLAY due to the use of this website will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent in accordance with the Consumer Law.
